Cx Moments support CSV integrations for customer support analytics

How it works: Cx MOMENTS connects to your helpdesk instance, automatically analyses all your tickets, detect issues reported by customers and trends them by volume and satisfaction ratings.

1. Sign up for your Cx Moments trial here

2. Login to your CxMoments portal and select CSV as your option.

3. Follow the instructions on the upload page.

4. Select your file and click upload.
