How to connect your Intercom instance to Cx Moments:

Login to Cx Moments portal.

Select Intercom as your Helpdesk solution.

Click on ‘Connect to Intercom’ to connect your Intercom instance to Cx Moments.

Login to your own Intercom instance and authorise Cx Moments to read your customer conversations.

Click Submit and you’re done!
