1. Log into your Cx Moments portal

2. Click “Add data source”

3. Select LiveChat as your Helpdesk solution.

4. Click ‘Connect to LiveChat’.

5. Login to your own LiveChat instance and authorise Cx Moments to read your chat sessions.
