How to connect your Salesforce instance to Cx Moments:

login to Cx Moments portal.

Select Salesforce as your your Helpdesk solution.

Enter your Salesforce instance name. You can get this from your Salesforce URL, “.salesforce.com” e.g. if URL is “company.salesforce.com”, your instance is “company”, if unclear ask your Salesforce admin.

Click connect to Salesforce where you will be directed to the Salesforce login page, authenticate and give Cx Moments permission to read Salesforce data.

Click ‘Submit’ and your Salesforce Integration is done!
