How to setup the Zendesk Chat Integration to Cx Moments:
Request your free Cx Moments trial here.
Log in your Cx Moments portal and select Zendesk Chat as your Helpdesk solution.
Enter your Zendesk domain and click on Connect to Zendesk Chat .
Login to your own Zendesk instance and click Authorise Cx Moments to read your tickets.
