Integrate Cx Moments with Zoho to find insights into your customer support data

How to connect your Zoho instance to Cx Moments:

  1. login to Cx MOMENTS portal.

  2. Select Intercom as your Helpdesk solution.

  3. Click on CONNECT TO Zoho in your Zoho instance to Cx MOMENTS.

  4. Login to your own Zoho instance and authorise Cx MOMENTS to read your customer conversations.

  5. Click Submit and you’re done!
